Customers have comment cards, 800 numbers, and they even write letters and send emails to your corporate office (“forgetting” to mention how abusive their behavior was to you) and they get their asses kissed, offered free or discounted product and are practically begged to come back. When they come back it’s the same old bull shit, “you guys always mess up, I’m never coming back, blah, blah, blah.” Well now its time to tell the world just how terrible these customers behavior is and what we did to make them happy.
