Getting a Full Refund I work as a District Manager for a chain of coffee shops in the Myrtle Beach, South Carolina area, which will remain unnamed as I am still currently employed with them, and love my job very much. When customers want to call and complain to someone, managers are instructed to give them my cell phone number instead of referring them to the corporate 800 number. The reason for my doing this is so that the customer can leave a message and then I can call the manager to get their side of the story and also question any team members that may have witnessed the situation. Then, I would contact the customer to attempt to make them happy, invite them back, and basically blow smoke up their asses, and offer them free product to keep them coming back.
