Kill Them With Kindness

Kill Them With Kindness Senior citizens can sometimes be the most frustrating customers of all time. I had this one old lady that used to frequent my restaurant daily. She was slowly dying of cancer, and was mad at the world. You could never ask her, “how are you doing today?” If you did she would usually respond with, “I’m dying! Get someone else to make it please!” I looked at Antoine’s face and the look on his face must have mirrored mine – total shock!! I then told him that, “a black man fried the chicken, a black lady made the fixin’s, and a Hispanic woman made the biscuits today. Without these hard working employees here I simply would not Read More
